  • The sister duo (Nikki and Kat) who own and run this place really make the business about their clients! I managed to snag a last minute appointment to transition out of my gel nails to just shellac, and got paired up with Nikki. When I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically and asked to choose my shellac color. I was seated at a station and Nikki started working away. Kat was engaged in a hilarious conversation with her client and she included both Nikki and I - I thought this was nice, it felt like friends chatting away as opposed to nail tech and client sitting in awkward silence (I've had a few experiences like that!) My manicure took about 45 mins and my nails looked fantastic (I didn't think I was ever going to be able to part with long nails), Nikki gave me a Posh Program card (after 10 mani/pedis I would get my 10th free) and I settled up ($50 included my gel nail removal/manicure and the shellac) Their location is ideal for those working downtown, you can sneak away for a quick mani or pedi over your lunch break and head back to work. I appreciated the awesome customer service and the great work they did on my nails, defiintely a place I'd recommend and go back to!
