  • A little late reviewing, but here it is. Had them clean the carpets of my condo in '09 it started off with me coming home to all my smoke alarms blaring from their smokey van/ mobile cleaning unit parked IN my garage (a no-no). A wine spot I had them treat went away, but the treatment area was lighter than the rest of the carpet - so a small, temporary issue became a bigger, permanent issue. When I called to get this resolved a few weeks later they said they couldn't do anything. Overall just a bad experience. **not a fake complaint. Would have loved to have the issue addressed when it happened, but at this point the carpets have been replaced with hardwoods.
