  • I had a horrrrrrrible experience here. I came in asking for one thing (trim and long layers), walked out with the complete opposite (at least 5 inches gone and a blunt cut). Anyone with long hair will understand the loss. It took years for me to care for and grow my hair, and less than an hour for this stylist to ruin it. I was not listened too, and on top of that the hairdresser tried to convince me it was exactly what I asked for and not her fault. It's been about a month and I still look at my hair and feel depressed and angry at the stylist. This is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. If I could give no stars, I would. Fortunately the front desk was very nice, so I'll pretend like the one star is for them.
