  • The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and caring and compassionate when they had to deliver us some bad news. The facility is very nice and clean and they even had a special "cat room". I felt like the cost was fair for the care we received. My only issue was the wait--we had an appointment and were still there for over 2 hours. I understand true emergencies take precedence but we only ever saw 2 other clients and there were at least 4 staff members working. Even after our cat was examined and the course of treatment was discussed, I felt like it took an excessive amount of time to administer what seemed like a simple treatment. Otherwise you really can't beat the convenience. I do highly recommend them, just be prepared to wait.
