  • We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! I would highly recommend hiring FIVE40 and Shannon for your next remodeling project, and I know I will be using them again in the future.
