  • Called several times sometimes they answered the phone sometimes not; never called back. finally reached their office; able to get an estimate several days later. called again with questions, no response. called them 5 times! Office apologized and said the person would call, 4 days later still no response....time to move on. worst customer service and its consistent....dont know how this company stays in business...
