  • The Toronto Catering Showcase (TCS) is the first ever city's catering showcase, presented by EventSource that was held on Sunday, October 16th, 2016 and it was held at the Bram and Bluma Appel Salon! The space is within the Toronto Reference Library, on the 2nd floor in a corner. It was slightly hard to find but TCS had volunteers standing about to give you instructions to smoothly find the event spot. The event spot was big enough to hold 12 caterers, has a stage for a band and in the middle was filled with a huge AYCD big round table. Plus there's still more space in the secondary part of the event spot! The first part of the space held about 7 caterer's and their booth + seats/couches in the middle + the huge huge AYCD space. & The secondary space held about another 5 caterers. There was a room for coat check, personal washrooms (so you don't have to exit the event space to use the Library's), and also a huge kitchen space in the back. The space was great for the size of the event and has great lighting from the wide windows, I definitely loved it :)
