| - What a screwball company! I have been going back and forth for a week with them. I decided to stop by and see these trucks in person today. I pick one out and say check stats on this and call me. Mind you at this point I have not negotiated a price with them. I am just looking for a starting point if I want to go with this truck. They call to tell me they did everything but the only trucks they could do was a white one and a silver one, not the one I asked about. I ask well what was the answer on why I couldn't. He says well they want x down and x a month so you said you didn't want to do that. So you don't even want to tell me that, you just try to make me pick a different one? Really? So I start asking questions on why these are the answers to the "salesman" he says I don't know I can't answer those questions, Sam is the one who does that. I say well can you put Sam on because I would like to discuss these. His response is "sam is the boss he won't talk to you." I'm sorry what?! Wow what a "boss" so I say then go ask Sam what price he ran the truck under, down, etc. Sam picks up and I start asking questions on what was the price he ran and why I could get approved for the same year and make but a different model at the same price but not for the requested truck and he wouldn't answer, he just kept saying we tried multiple ways and just couldn't do your requests on that truck and it depends on the model, pricing and such. The system is automated and it doesn't give you reasons why each truck is different. (Mind you the difference was a lariat to an xlt) I ask again what was the cost you ran? Because they go at auction for x amount and we haven't even discussed a cost to pay for it so I'm curious what you think I would pay and ran it for. Did you run at full price? Did you come down at all? He then gets an attitude well we are into it way more than the auction and I tried it at various points. I said well can you tell me those points? He says no I can't it just didn't work out for that one but you can choose the other. i start saying this is insane I have bought multiple cars and never had such a response nor resistance to telling me a price they run considering we haven't even negotiated an offer from me on this truck. At that point "Sam" goes yea ok whatever and hangs up on me. Guess you guys don't like people that know their stuff huh? Let me explain something to you two. Yes this is the first LOAN going under my name, however this is not the first vehicle I have bought and I'm not some dumb female you can pull a fast one on. Or maybe you didn't notice that as I inspected EVERY truck on the lot and explained to you why and what I was looking for even on the phone a week ago. You guys are CROOKS. I feel sorry for anyone that has bought from you. Probably over paid in price, down, and interest. Oh ps while I was waiting for your response, I called my bank and got approved for the exact same truck to a t from a real dealership for no down, less interest and a way better monthly payment.
