We went in with very high expectations based on the reviews but walked out terribly disappointed. The young woman who greeted us at the front was friendly enough, but the whole setup was so disorganized. Not only did they leave one of the doors in our Mental Hospital room unlocked (it should've been locked as it's the first obstacle in the first room), but when one of the staff members came in to help us, he gave us wrong information that wasted a lot of time in the second room. (Claiming none of the clues from the first room carry over into the next room, when in fact, it does.) No apologies from the staff or any effort to correct their mistake, all we got was "Oh, this door was supposed to be locked.."
I bought 8 tickets for a birthday gift (around $140) and I wish I could say it was money well spent, but it wasn't. I'm glad to see other people have had better experiences here, but I would definitely go to a different escape the room game next time.
