  • This guy hounded me for days after I posted a Make Me Move price on Zillow. Texts and voice mail messages promising a buyer. I could tell by the generic tone of his texts that he was just a desperate listing agent using a bait and switch so ignored him. After 4 days of daily texts fro Lars, I finally responded and asked if he actually had a ready willing and able buyer for my home? Lars never followed up after that. Promising someone buyers you don't actually have is against NCREC rules and unethical in general. I'm sure this tactic pays off for Lars. I'm also sure it makes him a douche.
