If I can give a no star I would. I contacted ADT on the error I received on my keypad and the customer service rep stated there might be a charge for the visit. I'm asking why would there be if the machine stopped working, she stated if it's not connected to the phone. Well my phone still works and she just repeated there maybe a charge. My contract is up since I have been a long term 17 year customer with ADT however that doesn't mean anything to this company. I will go to another company for my alarm services. So disappointed.
