  • Went to see Star Wars last night as my first visit to Alamo. My friend recommended the place to me, so I decided to make a surprise date night out of it! I bought my tickets online and it was great getting to skip the line. The selection of beers on tap was fantastic, and the Star Wars themed cocktails were a nice touch. I had the grilled cheese and my boyfriend had a burger, which we both loved. The seats were comfortable, and spacious enough that I wasn't elbow-to-elbow with the woman next to me. We loved the Star Wars videos that played before the film. The service was great, I believe the guy who took care of us was named Mario. He explained the menu and ordering protocol in a succinct but thorough manner, and gave us a heads up regarding the approximate wait times for our meals. The prices were very reasonable, no more than any big name theater, and the service and quality were well worth it. All in all, I had a really great time! I'll definitely recommend Alamo to my friends and family, and hope to be back soon!
