Moonbean was ONE of the first places I realize Coffee was not just available from Franchises. When I began learning about Espresso and Lattes, Moonbean was the first place I went specifically to to try an authentic professional Barista made Latte and some Espresso Beans. I found this place as the go-to place simply because they had a WEBSITE available which even allows for purchasing online.
Today, I went back again and enjoyed a Cappuccino like I did a few years ago but this time I dined-in and sat indoors instead of the Patio out front. The inside decor is similar to others where there is lots of Wooden aesthetics from the Tables and Chair to the Shelves.
Lots of Teas in glass jars on display as well as Coffee Beans. Muffins made on premises as I saw a large Muffin tray on the counter to be washed and cleaned. Cookies also looked like a good SNACK as well.
The Gentlemen that made my Double Cappuccino took care in the preparation as he pulled the shot into a METAL spout container while steaming the milk. In unison, the apprentice(?) Lady poured the shot into the glass while the Gentleman poured the milk with care.
Of no fault to Moonbean, I personally don't like carrying TALL glass of hot drinks towards my seat. I saw another customer that had a taller glass than mine and she had to take so much more care. The clear glass does look nice but as I saw at Dark Horse later, it can be hazardous and expensive.
