  • If i could leave less than 1 star, I would. The complex is fairly quiet and if you are over 60 and in the upper bracket financially, then I guess you're the ideal resident. My car is over 10 years old and financially, I dont make upper bracket figures, but my rent is paid on time every month. Ive been living at this complex almost 2 years and I've had my vehicle towed twice by Tow Guys in the span of 13 days. Last week I had to miss work to deal with getting my car back. I have a parking permit taped to the drivers side of my vehicle and my landlord's Association has been of no help. Once they've towed your car, you kind of have no other choice but to suck it up and pay. Today, I'm probably going to miss a few more hours of work while getting my car back out of impound to the tune of another $345. I guess I got the message loud and clear, not welcome here. I'll be out by next week.
