  • T The worst dealer in Phoenix area. I was going to buy a car in this dealership couple years ago. I paid the deposit to hold the car. Everything was very great until I went to pick up the car and make the full payment. The sale guy told me the car I purchased was sold to someone else because his manager didn't know the car was supposed to sell to me. After that, the most terrible thing was that they did not wanna give my deposit back. I called them so many times they just told me that they didn't have the check, they needed time to prepare the check something like that. They held my deposit for round one month until I told them would sue them if they still not pay my deposit back. So, they asked me to go to their office to pick up. When I got there, their manager's attitude was horrible. They didn't think they did wrong thing and just kept saying everything they did was reasonable including selling the car I put deposit on it. I would say this place with full of liar and irresponsible people. I know they offer the lowest price of the vehicle, but most cars they sell are totally junk. Hope my experience would help you guys to make a good decision when you wanna spend amount of money on purchasing a car.
