  • Terry is an amazing representative for this company. I took my Kirby Sentria II head in expecting a $35 - $50 repair for a belt lifter replacement. He took the time to look at the lifter and explain proper belt installation. I left with absolute confidence in his ability and integrity. He replaced my belt for $3 and I was back out the door sure of where I would bring my Kirby for any future repairs!
