summary: Sought help and then made to feel like a criminal.
first - like others this place was horrible on setting appointments. extremely poor office management on answering the phone / returning call
Second - the reason that I left was because they ask me to do a drug test because I had a prescription for Drug ABC. Are you kidding me? I am a professional who has had the same job / same company for 23+ years. Not that should really matter. Talk about a feeling of betrayal when you should be trusting someone. I SELECTED this group for help from a psychiatrist not a drug rehab center (btw, I have never had any addictions ... again not sure if that should matter). What a horrible feeling! In a time of need / support, I am made to feel like a criminal. Explanation they gave is that they wanted to make sure I was taking the medications and not selling the drugs. WTW! I own my home, car, and practically am almost retired! I am not selling these stupid medications ... who does this?
So let me summarize ... Redemption Psychiatry first priority is protecting themselves! I will take my business elsewhere! If anything, I should demand a drug test from everyone there. I am paying them for a service, they are not paying me for a service. For anyone looking for help, start with someone who has your well being first and foremost and it is not at Redemption Psychiatry who first seeks to protect themselves.
