  • Excellent services provided, with a unique male-centric concept. Fits well into the Uptown Charlotte scene and demographic. Utilized the services many times over the years. That said, my experience becoming a tiered member (Platinum level) was far less customer-centric than expected. Not only was the subscription, a "use it or lose it" regardless of renewal, but management wasn't very understanding of my concerns or feedback, and seemed welcome to lose the $1000 guaranteed income per year. Wasn't worth fighting the battle, so willingly sacrificed remaining $500 in services owed. Saddened that this was the case. Again, services and atmosphere are great. Overall, people were nice. Management policies and procedures leave something to be desired for those choosing where to spend discretionary funds.
