  • Firstly, I love Nordstrom. It's beautiful and doesn't have that cramped hectic vibe other department stores have. This store at Eaton Center is no different. Compared to the Sherway location, this store has a slightly larger selection. The downside to this store is the service. The reps/consultants/etc. were often so absorbed in their conversations with each other, you wondered if they were actually working. Add to that the fake high pitched "...can I help you?" bit, lacked luster and not impressed. Anyhoo, if you don't care about service then it's a great place to shop! There's nothing you need from Nordstrom, just 'wants' so I believe I should have fun buying whatever it is I want. If you care for service and some fun shopping, head over to the Sherway location. Everyone was super friendly there!
