We had Bachmann repair our hot tub and always had them repair it. They did a great job at doing that but... I ordered a Hot Tub cover on Sept 26th, 2017. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Well, here it is 8 weeks later and still no hot tub cover. I called and asked about it at week 6 and I was told... "Don't call us, we'll call you when it comes in."
: ( Talk about horrible customer service! The guy I talked to, didn't even want to look up my order.
I now understand the issue after talking with the owner, she explained the issues regrading the wild fires in California and the poor service service I received for one individual. If only the sales person could've told me the issue, I would've totally understood. As a business owner myself, understand how hard it is to get great help these days.
I just picked up my cover and met Kiya, the owner. She was VERY helpful, fast and took the time to explain the warranty. Personally would give her a 10 all the way around. That's what customer service and sales should be like. Thank you Kiya!
