rev:text	Unfortunately, this location is the closest Ulta store location to me. I visited a few weeks before Christmas during a week day, to purchase various products (for gifts) and more than one gift card. I went in the store knowing I would be spending $$$! The customer service was less than average. I felt as if I was bothering them when I needed to ask a quick question. When I was checking out, there were approximately 5 people in line ahead of me (no problem). When I finally got to the cashier (only 3 registers were opened) with my many purchases, including gift cards, the impression I got is that they were unhappy with their jobs and couldn't care less. In addition, I displayed an email I received from Ulta, on my cell phone to the cashier. The email stated that for my birthday I earned a free urban decay eye shadow. However, since the cashier could not get the bar code from the email on my cell phone, she was unable to provide the free eye shadow. By the way, the Manager was at the next register and was able to observe all of this. Although I was kind, but annoyed to the cashier, I accepted what she told me. I could not believe that the Manager did not step in, read the email, and provide the free eye shadow. The eye shadow is not the issue here. It's the lack of customer service. Wish there were another Ulta Store closer to my location. Someone gave me a gift card to Ulta. I guess I will have to go online to place an order or drive to this location again. Too bad, so sad. Don't go to this location, order on line (if you can).
