  • Customer service is not a word this place knows. I went in to ship two packages, I needed a box for one. Of course I would buy the box (although twice as much as the USPS), and I asked if they could tape the bottom. "Well, we don't usually do that, we charge to tape and package". Are you kidding? I needed a 16" piece of tape! This is a joke! I owned a small business for years, and I would jump through hoops to make customers happy so that they would return. Well, needless to say, I gave this store their box back and took my stuff to USPS who GAVE me a box and offered to tape it up for me! I am all about supporting the small business, especially those in my neighborhood, but I will not support this one. Get a grip people, learn that a 16" piece of tape is worth the over priced retail for a box and shipping and the number of times I would have returned.
