  • I was a long time State Farm customer in California before moving to the Charlotte area a few months ago. I wanted to stay with State Farm and was referred to Jeremy Fulkerson Insurance by my California agent. Since day 1, they have gone above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met. I started with renters insurance before I even got here. I now have 2 cars, a motorcycle, and homeowners insurance for the new house that I just bought. They have taken care of everything with no problems. Steve Carpou is the agent I work with and is a shining example of how things should be done. He answers my calls 90% of the time and if he doesn't, he will call me back usually within the hour. Great employee and a great person. Thank you for your wonderful service and I look forward to working with you for decades to come!
