  • Bar none, this is my favourite Bay in the whole country. I am like a kid the night before Christmas whenever they unveil their always epic holiday window displays. As a fashion enthusiast I enjoy their exclusive lines. This location has amazing shoes. when they have a clearance its bananas leaving me no choice but to buy multiple pairs for my tootsies. The cosmetic counter are hit and miss. The Bay near the shoes on the second floor for example is never fully stocked and the staff prefers socializing than helping out. This is in stark contrast to the main floor location, which has the best service and product availability I've ever seen for a non-Pro store.
