  • Called MacMedia and scheduled an appointment for a "check up" on my computer as it was running slow and I had not had a tech out for a couple of years. I was fortunate to have Ryan Martinez come to my house and bring my computer up to date. He showed me the problems, explained the issues and checked my other computers for any potential issues. Ryan installed the necessary new hard drive and now I am up and running full speed! Definitely would call and request Ryan again.
