Straight to the point:
-Research the car you want on Kelly Blue Book and bring a print out of the price sheet. It will show the invoice price, MSRP, and a reasonable price you should be buying the car for. Use this when negotiating the price you want at the dealership.
-if you are trading in a used car for a new car, go on KBB and bring a print out of how much your trade in value is.
This is the ONLY dealership that will actually honor these prices and not try to haggle you on the KBB value. I brought print outs of everything and it made everything go by faster and smoother. I thought I was going to have to argue with the salesman about the price I wanted, but he agreed since I had the KBB papers and knew what I wanted. I was able to get the car for $2k less than what they were selling it for because of this. Come to the dealership with full knowledge of what you want!! Thankfully, these guys were so compliant to everything I asked for.
They use Experian as their credit check, so bring a copy of that to if you can get a hold of it. Just in case anyone tries saying you have to have high interest rate because your credit score is low, HIT EM WITH THE REAL CREDIT SCORE! LOL.
I can't speak about the other salesman, but I recommend going to Alex Serrano since that's who I went to. Not only did he get me everything I wanted without hassle, he was super friendly and funny. Most car buying experiences are a drag and he made my experience greater than expected.
