Called to ask about a cpap mask fitting. I was told they do not do that and if the mask they sell you doensn't fit right, too bad, you bought it and they won't take it back. Direct words were if you open the box you bought it.
Anyone who has used cpap masks will tell you they fit differently and a good fit to your face is critical or you get leaks and other problems and you don't get the treatment your Dr prescribed.
Run someplace else - masks are a lot cheaper online if you don't need a fitting (e.g. replacing an existing mask that fits well). If you are looking for a new mask fittings are essential.
PS See their reply - while saying a fit is important, they still don't offer any fittings. Hmm, after I added this PS they edited their comment at least agreeing they don't do fittings as they are not qualified. As I said, if you know what you want (have a great fitting mask you are replacing) you can find things cheaper online. Otherwise, you need to go to a DME that will properly fit a mask for you.
