  • DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEM TO MESS UP YOUR PAPERS SO YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN TO THE DMV EVEN THOUGH THE LADY TOLD ME I WOULD NOT HAVE TO. They don't return phone calls, was trying to call all day yesterday to figure out why they messed up on my paperwork and how to go about getting my EDRS to register my car and the girl said malaysia kept transferring me to lines that no-one would answer she had an attitude because i kept calling and i even called towards the end of the day and she tells me that the manager is still not in from his lunch like come on. Greg Mitchell who i bought the car with was amazing but the rest of the team at TOWBIN FIAT ON JONES is horrible and rude even when i bought my first car in CASH they still were overly rushing me out but trying to get me to stay with their stale ass popcorn and their little manager or whatever when i was trying to leave at first when thinking about purchasing with them. Overall, HORRIBLE SERVICE . THANKS FOR NOTHING . OH ! And make sure to check all your fees before signing, they will try and put the unnecessary fees you don't have to pay.
