| - Lexus is all about customer service. No matter which dealership you go to across America (even in Hawaii) their number 1 priority is customer satisfaction. No I am not an employee of the Lexus company, I am however, a loyal customer of this great company!
When I needed help with my Lexus vehicle, the service department at Lexus of Henderson was there for me and helped me along the way to get my car fixed in a timely manner. I was greeted properly by the service manager, David T., and since day one meeting him, he has shown outstanding customer service each time I visit Lexus of Henderson! You may think that maybe I lucked out and got a great person to help me, but in fact, I have worked with other team members as well! Philip K. was also one who has shown great dedication to customer service! Just the fact that this gesture is shown every time shows that great customer service is very important to the company. One thing for sure, it builds a team of loyal customers!
I am never hesitant with visiting the service department, mainly because when you are their, the service team makes you feel comfortable and welcomed to their dealership. Making your customers feel comfortable and welcomes is key to bringing them back!
The lounge there is also great! There's a coffee bar, a mini fridge filled with bottled water, and a case full of pastries for their customers to enjoy while waiting for their car to be maintained.
If you own a Lexus, don't be afraid to check out the service department! They will be very helpful each time! And if you don't own a Lexus...well buddy, I think it's about time you did! =)
