The quality of food that is prepped and cooked here is on par from my great grandma's cooking. I miss her cooking dearly and her touch to Mexican food stemmed from the heart of Guadalajara. Gabriel is top-notch when it comes to cooking the food here. He follows no recipes and allows his palette for delicious flavors to be the deciding factor of serving his food.
I always ask for 'birria' meat for any of the dishes I order. My wife always gets the fish tacos and I go for the wet burritos. The quesadillas are generously sized and aren't dry. The enchiladas are salacious and the chilaquiles reminds me of family's cooking.
This restaurant restores pride in my Mexican ethnicity.
