If I could give them a negative mark I would. The management and leasing office personally are nice ladies. However their communication skills, maintenance crew sucks more than I can even describe in words. I've been waiting for 3+ months to get a work order completed and there is always some excuse why it's not done. I've given them the benefit of the doubt when First Communities took over the management of Broadway Heights but it's been plenty of time. It has got a little better in appearance however the people they allow to rent is not the best. I have ALOT of disrespectful neighbors. I just don't understand how hard it is to send a quick email letting me know what's up. I stopped calling them because they rarely answer their phone and when u leave a msg for the leasing office I've been flat out told I haven't listened to voicemails because I'm so busy. What if future tenants have left a msg requesting information? Apparently it's not important. I'd think three times before renting here. My roommate and I made a HUGE mistake with renewing our lease with false hopes of change. We have 11 more months till we are out of HELL.
