  • I first started coming to this Lowe's in 2010 and back then, things were pretty good there. Now in 2014, this Lowe's has gone to hell! The past 6 or so times I have gone to this Lowe's I have been ignored by staff and sometimes could not even find a staff member. Just a couple of days ago I went there for a dishwasher drain hose and the employee I found was arguing with me about the hose diameter. I am very disappointed with Lowe's employees. They must be hiring the stupid because when I walk in knowing what I need and some 20=something tells me I am wrong about my needs....I must take issue! The kid that "helped" me was an idiot. I knew what I needed and told him that if they don't have what I need then simply tell me and I will go elsewhere...He was insistent that I was wrong and that I was misinformed about my needs...After he left me in anger, I found what I needed and left. Lowe's...please do a bit more pre-employment screening with your people...We consumers do not need idiots in your stores when WE need help.
