  • Be prepared to bring your entire collection of health/retirement records in person as they don't have anything right in their systems. The woman in the eligibility office treated my husband like crap, she was argumentative and rude and refused to update the file so he could get care at dental. That's fine, he gets better quality care at Lake Nona in FL and their desktops aren't running Windows 95. Fortunately, he wasn't in pain. The Cleveland VA being rated so high is a joke. This hospital is a dump and their employees dump on you. If it weren't for family in the area I would have never gone near this wasteland.
