| - Ok I must update my previous review based upon the exceptional customer service and additional care taken to ensure happiness with my results during my most recent visit.
First of all, most businesses would be ELATED with a four star rating (which I had given previously). Not Cherry Lash Lounge, they strive for five and wanted to make sure that I am receiving the best experience possible. The Owner is beyond business savy and I love that a four star wasn't good enough for them. A great product keeps customers happy, but exceptional customer service keeps the customers coming BACK. Kudos Cherry Lash on your A+ rated customer care.
Additionally, the Owner talked to my amazing technician Alex about my previous yelp review and how I could achieve a more drammatic look. We discussed options and decided on the featherized fill, with some classic lashes (bolder and thicker) mixed in. WOW- I finally achieved the perfect lash look. They are exactly what I wanted. The owner also very kindly comped lower brow extension appointment. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about getting extensions on my lower lashes; however, they actually look very natural and better complement the overall look. I definitely recommend attention to the lower lashes ladies!
One other thing, as I was checking out I noticed on a flyer that there are different prices depending on the the status of the technician applying your lashes. There are master technicians at the highest level and lash apprentices (lowest amount of experience).What I was told was that the master techinicans have more experience so they are faster and can apply more lashes in any given session than a technician with less experience. This makes sense to me and I like that they have options for every budget. What shocked me though was that I asked the front desk what Alex was and they told me that she was a Lash Artist, which is only a step up from Lash Apprentice.
This shocked me because Alex is SO fast. In fact, the first technician I went to, which I am pretty sure was a master technician, was slower than Alex and did not give me the fabulous results that Alex gives me. Additionally, my second session was only an hour fill and Alex gave me an entire full set which the other technician was able to achieve in an hour and a half time. In my opinion Alex is a master technician and I would recommend that she receive a promotion (even if that means I have to pay more hehe). I recommend Alex to anyone looking to get a great result and amazing customer care.,
