So my husband and I bought a table and hutch from Ashley. When we asked about what the table was made of the sales lady said "solid wood", which was anything but the case. When our table arrived it was full of scratches, our hutch has a glass shelf shattered, and a chair was broken. Immediately we didn't not sign for it and Ashley dispatched someone to take care of it. Which has been a total joke.
The quality of the table is poor. My husband and I tested it; it seriously stretches if you put a plate on it. I informed customer service this was a problem and the best they could do is replace the table. When I demanded a full refund because the table showed up damaged and poor quality they told me there was nothing they could do except replace the table.
So they replaced the table and as soon as the guys put the leaf in it they cracked the wood on the side. But this point my husband had already inspected it and signed for it so they won't take it back even though he called them immediately after the workers CRACKED AND BROKE my new table. We even asked for the customer service rep we worked with before and they seriously told us "we can't find her".
Avoid Ashley like the plague. They have terrible customer service and poor quality furniture. They should be put out of business for ripping customers off.
