  • Not sure why they are reported as CLOSED, but they just did our wedding on June 11, 2016. We hired them as part of the package through the venue we booked to have our wedding. We advise that you look to another vendor for your photography and videography needs, especially for your wedding day. They lost a lot of footage of our day, most especially the family and group photos as well as the special moments that were unique and created just for our wedding because of "corruption", as they put it. Our wedding day served as a family reunion and it was also special because I was told my breast cancer had returned only 2 months before the wedding. 95% of our guests came from out of town. Furthermore, we weren't told about the lost footage until AFTER we received the product. Not Before, Not after they discovered it, not even after I inquired on the status (about a month after the wedding). It was only after we got the CD of pictures and I asked about the missing pictures was when they decided to tell us about the corruption. We tried to work with them to rectify the situation and settled for a re-edit of the video, but the re-edit was worse than the original. We didn't even ask for a refund until after we were provided with the re-edited video. We gave them a chance to make amends for losing most of our footage, but were not met with satisfaction. We are still waiting to hear back from their CFO and it's been almost 2 weeks since we responded to his email. To add, in our opinion, the products provided to us did not appear to be professionally done. If you are looking for a bargain & you don't really care about the quality of work, then stick to this vendor, otherwise, look elsewhere.
