By far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! I couldn't hear the guy on the speaker and when I was getting ready to order my drink he rudely cuts me off and pretty much yells at me telling me "to hold on" um? Okay. Has me waiting literally like 10 minutes at the speaker to order and after telling him my order three times I said "venti" really loud! And he kept saying "the medium"? I mean....is that what venti is? Get this Justin guy a new job if he doesn't like his current one because there is no reason to be rude to customers just cause you're not liking your job. The ironic part is that at the window there was a sign asking about service and to let them know if they didn't go "above and beyond" so here is my way of letting you guys know you had the worst service of all Starbucks I've been to.
