I ordered a couch online from them and it was true to the pictures & description. Sunny Yellow!
However, the communication with the delivery company was not the best. They called the day before they wanted to deliver at 5pm (no other notice was given) and I was not available the next day. I told them to come the day after. They then called at 9am of the day I said I was not available and tried to deliver again. When the guy delivered he made me sign a slip (before looking at the couch) and did not give me any receipt.
Once unwrapped turns out the couch was damaged pretty badly on the bottom during delivery. Disappointing, but the customer response from Wazo was very good. I would order from them again as I love the look of their furniture and their customer service. But I hope they source a better delivery service in the future.
