  • The people who work here are not only professional, they really care. We have been visiting Queen West Vets for the past 2 years since we adopted kittens from the shelter. While our kittens were always nervous to be there, the vets and all the staff showed them love and affection. A few weeks ago, one of our now cats was hit by a car and killed. The staff at Queen West Vets has been amazing. One of them called to wish us condolences afterward, and we just got a lovely thoughtful card in the mail from another staff member thinking about our lost cat. They may be busy there sometimes, but the caring staff really make for a remarkable experience.
