  • I have to echo Abby J. below... The guy was very condescending when I told him we were looking for a Brother SE400 to purchase. They don't deal with "mass marketed" machines - keep in mind they are a Brother dealer. I've run into wine snobs, this was my first exposure to a sewing machine snob. ;) While I won't judge the entire store based on this one guy, it did leave a bad taste. We may try the store again if the need arises - hopefully he doesn't own the place. lol We now have the SE400 and my wife is trying to learn it which brought be back to the Internet and so this review - some instruction might be helpful to her and this store came up in the Google search.
