  • I used to go to the Nike Training Center in Chicago and take classes with Nikki. When she told us last December she was moving to AZ to start her own gym, I was sad I wouldn't get to work out with her anymore. Lo and behold, work took me to the Phoenix area for a few days and I immediately looked up Bodi. With the short-term membership options, it was an easy choice to go in each morning during my trip! Nikki is one of the most motivating instructors I have ever taken a class with. She has such a positive attitude, and fosters an environment where you know you're getting the most out of your work out but aren't killing yourself trying to keep up with the person next to you. The gym itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. The classes are fantastic - Nikki knows how to maximize a work out. I definitely would join this gym full time if it were in Chicago or I lived in AZ!
