  • The owner is super rude. some older lady that is so anal about customers looking at the merchandise. We found the same luggage at bed bath n beyond just north of eatons for 40$ cheaper and they offer a return policy vs 0 return final sale only policy. granted she is cheaper than the bay for mkst luggages. still wouldnt shop from her again.
