  • A big shout out to customer service at this location when it came to working with Michael N. on my new iPhone 8 Plus, BOGO deal. Being older and not as tech savvy, Michael had an unbelievable amount of patience and determination to set up my phone for me and guide me on how to set the second phone up for my sister. I was having major issues transferring everything over from my old phone due to a past employer password glitch and Michael was at my service going above and beyond to figure everything out. I had to visit the store the next day with additional questions and Michael was working with another customer on a billing issue. I stood back and watched as he handled the issue with much grace and never made the couple feel uncomfortable with their situation. In watching him, it confirmed in dealing with me for two days asking a million questions that his help was truly genuine. If I had a business, I would steal him away! Great job Michael and thank you for your help, understanding and knowledge. Good luck to you. I know you will go far!
