| - I've been living at Camden for about 3 years now and want to personally describe what it's like to live here. Veronica, Jessica, and Heidi, the staff, are always smiling and ready to bring good vibes to your day, every day. Anytime there's a question, they have the answer. And if you're unable to use the convenient website for things like service requests, you can just call in and they'll take care of it right away. Also, the staff at Camden are real people, not just corporate souls with scripted answers. You can just go down to the leasing office and have a normal conversation over a cup of complimentary coffee, and in fact I feel like many of the residents here do. I think I like this about the community most - that the staff are part of the personality at Camden. Regarding the services offered, you've got Valet waste (which let's be honest, the fact that someone will carry your trash from your door is amazing), a gorgeous outdoor area with grills, a huge tropical style pool (1 of 2), and hot tubs. When I have friends over, its our favorite place to occupy.
You've also got some of the best service members to deal with any problems that come up with your apartment. Mark Anthony, one of the service team members, stayed 3 hours over his shift, just to get my AC up and running again. An electrical issue led the wires to disconnect, and he went up to the ceiling in 108 degree weather to try to fix it. After finding out that a part had been damaged, he hauled over a portable AC unit. Unfortunately this drew too much power from my circuit causing it to shut off (I had a very large computer set up running alongside it, which I needed). After this, he brought another, smaller unit which helped me survive through the night. He was supposed to end at 6PM, but instead staid until 9PM, making sure I was comfortable enough until a team came to fix my A/C unit in the morning. In the morning, he and a few others, went up to the roof and fixed the A/C problem.
I can't imagine Camden without the people that are working here. The company may be a huge corporation, but in all aspects it feels like a family run business. The staff here, including Veronica, Jessica, Heidi, Mark Anthony, and the others, are some of the best people you'll meet. At the end of the day an apartment is an apartment, and trust me, these are nice units, but the staff here at Camden are what turn it from just an apartment unit to a cozy home.
