  • The Customer Service personnel are awful. You literally have to chase after them to get some help. They all stand around talking with each other, and ignore the customers. I went there to purchase a dishwasher and a refrigerator, but ended up leaving with out purchasing anything due to their useless employees / customer service. I now purchase my appliances at Home Depot or Sears where they actually acknowledge their customers.
