| - My boyfriend and I just moved to Pittsburgh, all the way from Montana. We were having lunch at Jerome Bettis Grille 36, and we asked our bartender, Matt, if there was any chance they would be showing the Montana State / Stony Brook playoff game later that night. As Montana State alumni (Go Cats!), we are big fans, but being this far away from home, we didn't figure there was any way we would be able to see the game. If so, our plan was to return later that evening to hang out and watch the game. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that their AV guy, Taylor, would be able to put the game on for us. Not only that, but Matt knew that he would be off his shift when we returned. So he talked to the other bartenders that were coming on duty that evening - Dave, Nick, and Sean - to make sure they knew to expect us. Sure enough, when we walked in later that evening, Dave remembered us, and had them turn the game on for us. Not only that, but the manager on duty came up to us and asked if everything was ok for us, and if the TV that they were showing it on was close enough. Awesome! PLUS, the AV guy - Taylor - stopped by where we were sitting and asked if we could see the feed clearly enough. We definitely could. Long story short.... The service was phenomenal! Thank you to everyone - Matt, Dave, Nick, Sean, Taylor, and the manager on duty the afternoon and evening of 12/1/12 (sorry - we didn't get your name!). All of you made 2 people who are a long way from home not only feel welcome, but right at home. We are impressed, and we will definitely be back.
