  • Great customer service! After my tail light went out, my car dealer tried to give me a line about extensive (and expensive) wiring issues due to the "after market" hitch U-Haul had installed. Aaron at U-Haul not only fixed the wiring to my tail light, but also replaced a part on the wiring box on the hitch, at no charge! It was refreshing to work with someone who wasn't just trying to make a buck, and who values customer satisfaction.
