  • 5 stars for Rick Silverman- my sales rep. Got a great deal and he gets the importance of customer service and a happy customer. He, and possibly his team, helped remedy two negative situations and I walked away with a car (them with a sale). I also had a great experience with my finance worker, Jason K also. Again this review is for Rick and therefore this is 5 star review- I couldn't and wouldn't give 5 stars without his excellent service due to other situations he remedied. Overall a good experience and I can't complain.
