  • The worst experience I've had yet! I asked for a specific color and they recommended one which looked too sheer so when I asked the nail tech that I wanted a solid base color instead of showing me some options his response was "I have other customers waiting you need to decide". This was unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I walked out dissatisfied....after all my mother and I spent 100 dollars on our services. I will never walk into this place again! He was least bit interested in doing designs or when I had something in mind he didn't care. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and just moved into town. This was one of the worst customer services I have received. I completely dislike when employees speak their language when working on customers. You feel uncomfortable and you know they are talking about you. All I needed was a few minutes extra to choose a color I actually liked. The owner walked by and recommend a color that was less sheer but it wasn't even pink and she said it was. It was lavender. He didn't even cure my nails properly and they are uneven. Don't waste your time here! They don't seem interested in making their customers happy. Quantity seems to matter rather than quality!!!
