  • I have been going to this place for a couple of years now and I have always enjoyed the service. Today was by far the worst experience I have had here and I will likely not be going back. I booked my appointment for a shellac mani / regular pedi days in advance and was requested to come in earlier if I could - so I did. Typically a visit to a spa (including this one) has always been relaxing. When I got there, I picked my colour and was told to go soak my feet. As soon as I sat down, one girl was doing my pedi and another my mani - on my own lap!! Within 30 minutes they were done. 15 minutes later, the manager put clear plastic wrap around my feet and told me I could leave. It's the dead of winter, so I'm not going to be walking around with my flip-flops. I put my boots on and by the time I got home, obviously my pedicure was ruined. This was the first time that I saw them doubling up on the mani / pedis - and the owner wasn't around. I wouldn't have minded it so much, except that I had water and skin peelings all over my lap from the manicure and then the ultra violet heater placed on my lap for drying for the reminder of the time. It was totally not an enjoyable experience. Seeing my ruined my nails after paying $75 for this 30 minute job took the cake. I paid cash for the job and no receipt was written (typically I pay by credit card and the owner writes a receipt for their own records or whatever). After all that, I didn't bother to tip. If you want a "decent" service there, go to someone you know is good.
